Network (IN) is committed to protecting your privacy and that of your end
customers the buyers and shoppers of real estate. This Policy explains how IN
collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you subscribe to our
services and you visit our Web site. Your use or receipt of IN services
(including our Web site) constitutes acceptance of this Policy. This Policy
explains our practices in the following areas:

Your
use of the Website at any time is deemed to constitute your agreement to all of
the terms and conditions of the privacy policy then in effect. If you do not

Online credit card
transactions
We
protect the security of credit card transactions online by using a dedicated,
secure, encrypted Web server. We maintain credit card information collected
during transactions in a secure database at IN for fraud prevention and
accounting and billing purposes. Your credit card information is not available
to any unauthorized persons while in these databases. Stored information from
credit card transactions is not released to third parties except in response to
an appropriate subpoena or court order.
Type and method of information
collected
When
you visit the Website we collect certain information about you and your visit.
We collect credit card information from you where applicable, in order to
facilitate your purchases. We collect individually-identifiable personal
information ("Personal Data") that you provide to us such as your
name, e-mail address, street address and telephone number. You supply us this
Personal Data when you register and set up your user account with us.
In
addition to Personal Data, we also collect non-personally identifiable
information about visitors to our Website that allow us to track the number of
visitors we receive and the way they navigate through our site. This
non-personally identifiable data includes information about the web site the
visitor arrived from and departs to as well as the IP address of the computer
being used to access our Website. While it may be possible to correlate this
information to particular individuals, we do not generally do so, and we limit
our use of this information to its aggregate form reflecting all visitors to
the Website. We may share this aggregated information with other third parties.
Use of Customer Information
We
use information we collect in the aggregate, to assist us with conducting
company operations and to measure response rates to our advertising. We use IP
addresses and anonymous demographic information in the aggregate to share with
advertisers and market researchers, and to improve the design of our Programs
so as to better serve our customers. We do not drill down into anonymous
demographic information in order to analyze and/or collect personal information
from these sources. However, we reserve the right to do so in order to
investigate unlawful conduct and/or breaches of this Policy.

Communications Act, 47 U.S.C. § 338(i), governs our practices concerning the
collection and disclosure of personally identifiable information about you. IN Program
Agreement contains our agreement that claims such as these will be resolved by

When we share Customer
Information with third parties
We
do not sell or share Personal Data about our customers. We share aggregated anonymous
data for the purposes of information about measurement and response rates.
Also, there are limited circumstances.
There is no case in which we share Personal Data with third parties.
IN
may transfer Personal Data to an affiliate or third party as part of a transfer
of business assets, such as bank transaction vendors. Such a transfer would be
within the scope of this Policy so long as the affiliate or third party agrees
to continue to maintain use and storage of Personal Data in accordance with
this Policy.
IN
may also release Personal Data in special cases in order to comply with any
requests from law enforcement and government agencies, to enforce the Website
Terms and Conditions other agreements, and to protect customers and others. We
may do so when we believe in good faith that disclosing this information is
otherwise necessary or advisable, including, for instance, to identify,
contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or
interfering with the rights or property of IN, another user or anyone else that
could be harmed by such activities.
IN
may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe
that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring
legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with
(either intentionally or unintentionally) the Website or IN's rights or

Sale or transfer of the
business
We
may share Customer Information with third parties in connection with the sale,
transfer, or other assignment of our business. If we are acquired by another
company, that company will possess the Customer Information collected by us and
will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Customer Information as
described in this Privacy Policy.
Changes to this Privacy
Policy
We
reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make a
significant change with regard to our collection or use of information about
our customers, we will note on the privacy policy page of our Web site that
this Policy has been updated and may take additional reasonable steps to notify
you about the new or revised Policy. In most cases, we will attempt to notify
you in some form 30 days before the effective date of the change.
Security
While
IN strives to protect Personal Data and user privacy, we cannot guarantee the
security of any information you disclose online and you do so at your own risk.
This Privacy Policy does not extend to anything that is inherent in the
operation of the Internet, and therefore beyond IN's control, and is not to be
applied in any manner contrary to applicable law or governmental regulation.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be
100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information,
IN cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us
or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once
we receive your transmission, we use reasonable efforts to ensure its security
on our systems.
Children
IN
is not intended for children under the age of 18, and IN does not intentionally
collect Personal Data from children under 18. If you have reason to believe
that we have collected Personal Data from someone under 18 years of age, please
let us know.
How to Unsubscribe
All
e-mails and text messages you receive from us will include specific
instructions on how to unsubscribe and you may unsubscribe at any time.
