What is Insider Network?
Insider Network is a mobile marketing service exclusive to Keller Williams® real estate agents. Insider Network provides instant listing information to potential buyers cell phones while generating qualified leads for Keller Williams® agents.

Insider Network is easy and inexpensive.
1) Create account - Simply verify your information we've pre-entered from KWLS
2) Order rider sign - Choose from two sizes to fit standard Keller Williams yard signs
3) Activate rider sign - One-click to activate
4) Display rider sign - Hang on yard signs and start getting new leads
How it Works
Insider Network provides special rider signs with unique text codes. Agents activate a sign by "assigning" it to one of their listings and displaying it in front of that property. When potential buyers text the code on the rider sign, Insider Network automatically replies with two text messages. The first message contains specific details about the property and the second message contains the listing agents contact information.
These messages also contain a link to a mobile web page or "mini website" created specifically for that listing and that agent. This mobile web page contains price, photos, room dimensions, and more---everything that is included in the listing sheet! No more costly flyers to print and replenish. Prospective buyers instantly obtain listing information without leaving their car, store the information on their phone, and even forward the information to a friend.
Additional Features
Insider Network stores the listing agents contact information right on the cell phone of potential buyers! If the potential buyer has additional questions or would like to schedule a showing, they simply click the Quick Call link to be immediately connected to the listing agent. If they want to share it with a friend, one click forwards this information to another phone. Each time a price change occurs, every lead that inquired about the listing will receive a text message with the new listing price as well as the agents contact information. As soon as the listing price is updated on KWLS, Insider Network instantly sends an unlimited number of
Price Change Alert messages. When the property sells, every lead that inquired about the listing will receive a
Just Sold Message, also containing the listing agents contact information.
Each phone number along with the date & time of inquiry is available to the agent, making it possible to follow-up with each prospect.
Working with KWLS
Working directly with Keller Williams®, Insider Network uses KWLS data to automatically create each text message and mobile web page. There is no need to write out lengthy listing information or upload photos. This data is also used to create the fully automated
Price Change Alerts and
Just Sold Messages.
